Remove duplicate CSV rows without losing the header
A duplicate is a complete data row whose cells match another row in the same order. Ragve keeps the first occurrence. The header is kept once and is never treated as a data row. A row with a different email address is not a duplicate, even if the name is the same.
Choose CSV cleaner and enable duplicate removal. Enable trimming if “ Ada ” should count as “Ada”. Matching remains case-sensitive: ADA and Ada are different values. If spaces carry meaning in your data, leave trimming off.
For Name,City followed by Ada,London twice and Ben,Paris once, the output contains two data rows. Inspect the preview and the removed-row count before downloading. The count includes empty rows when that option is enabled.
This tool does not deduplicate by a chosen key column. Export such a key-based workflow in your own spreadsheet software. Keep your original file and verify important totals after processing.
